The Sound Method offers guided, seated sound experiences designed to support calm, clarity, and emotional regulation in spaces where people already live, work, and gather. Sessions are intentionally accessible. Participants simply pull up a chair, making this ideal for senior communities, assisted living, nonprofits, and companies seeking meaningful, inclusive wellness. Starting at a 15 minute session up to 1 (one) hour. The sounds gently settles the nervous system, helping reduce tension, ease mental fatigue, and support emotional balance. This is dignified, low-impact wellness that fits seamlessly into daily routines. This allows me to recommend the most supportive format and provide fair, transparent pricing. Pricing: On-Site Facility Wellness Starting at $50 Flat Fee Sound Experiences are held within your existing on-site space. Pricing varies for companies, private events, larger groups, longer sessions, or recurring programming. Programs are designed to comfortably support both small and large groups, while remaining practical with budgets, designed for reoccurring events.
